Secondo Sartor l’opera ha un’alta priorità non solo da un punto di vista economico, ma anche perché in linea con quanto sancito dalla Comunità europea che prevede la coesione e l’integrazione tra le regioni. Sartor ha dichiarato di voler realizzare il progetto entro il 2010.
