“Vediamo un porto turistico come un condominio – afferma Mancini – in fondo alla fine è così, perché si fa riferimento ad aree dove i “condomini del mare” prelevano servizi e pagano per la propria sosta. La quota oggi è contabilizzata a forfait, ma potrebbe diventare una vera e propria tariffa per il reale consumo, anzi questa potrebbe proprio essere una strategia premiante in ottica di competitività tra porti”.
Se si pensa al “campeggio nautico” che avviene soprattutto lungo le sponde adriatiche della Croazia o in Grecia e al grande numero di imbarcazioni medio – piccole che si spostano da un porto all’altro, ecco che l’idea di avere una reale quantificazione dei consumi comincia a essere un buon motivo per scegliere un approdo piuttosto che un altro.
“E’ un investimento, quello per EnergyBox, giustificato in ottica di nuove realizzazioni o di ristrutturazioni dei porti turistici, ma anche in occasioni di variazione di normativa (una delle prossime potrebbe essere quella relativa agli scarichi delle acque nere), quando comunque si ha la necessità di intervenire nelle colonnine di erogazione servizi. Per un porto turistico che adesso fa pagare tariffe in base alla lunghezza di una barca, significherà utilizzare il corretto conteggio dei consumi, applicando la logica del giusto ed equo costo del servizio, ma soprattutto promuovendo un’incentivazione al risparmio di risorse di cui si sente tanto parlare, ma che manca della necessaria… spinta!”.
