La strada verso la definizione della strategia sulla Macroregione Adriatico – Ionica è sempre più in discesa e il traguardo del 2014 sempre più concreto dopo il parere favorevole del Consiglio delle Regioni dell\’11 ottobre scorso. Per questo motivo abbiamo voluto realizzare un approfondimento che facesse il punto della situazione su un argomento che vede molti attori di sistema, tutti su livelli diversi, ma tutti animati dalla stessa volontà: quella di realizzare una governance che si posizioni istituzionalmente a livello intermedio tra regioni e stati membri e l'Unione Europa. Ecco allora che leggendo le prossime pagine avrete la sensazione di assistere ad un convegno, nel quale ogni relatore riporta le proprie esperienze e speranze a sostegno dell'area. In questi ultimi due mesi si è parlato molto di visioni e visionari e allora, forse con un pizzico di orgoglio e presunzione, anche noi di Adriaeco ci vogliamo inserire tra coloro che hanno saputo scrutare l'orizzonte e per primi realizzare una rivista che potesse sostenere attraverso la comunicazione le iniziative avviate in un'area ad elevato valore aggiunto dal punto di vista culturale, economico e turistico: la Macroregione Adriatico – Ionica.
The way towards the definition of the strategy about the Adriatic – Ionic Macroregion ifs more and more in dow-nhill of the aim of 2014 it's more and more concrete after the favourable opinion of the Council of 11 Regions of last October. For this reason we have realized a special report in order to take stock of the situation about a theme that involves many subjects, all on different levels, but all with the same will: to realize a governance able to place institutionally at intermediate level between the member states and European Union. In these last two months has been spoken about visions and visionary, for this reason Adriaeco want to be inser-ted for first between those who are able to examine the horizon and for first, to realize a review, that could sup-port through the communication the initiatives of a very important area about the cultural, economic and tourist point of view: the Adriatic – Ionic Macroregion.
