Ricominciare dai bambini, che rappresentano il nostro futuro e sono la speranza piu\’ grande in una terra cosi duramente provata come l\’Abruzzo. Questo il leit motiv della giornata del 14 settembre scorso, giornata inaugurale dell’asilo di Villa Sant’Angelo (AQ), realizzato, per volontà dell’associazione “Ambiente e/è Vita Onlus”, dall’azienda marchigiana Subissati di Ostra Vetere (AN), con la collaborazione di altre imprese e del Comune di Parma. “Da dove comincio a raccontare questa inaugurazione? – afferma Paolo Subissati – Potrei iniziare da quel luccichio che ho visto negli occhi dei bambini nell’attimo in cui sono entrati nel loro asilo… Credo sia stato un momento emozionante e la soddisfazione più grande. Ci ha permesso di capire che abbiamo fatto la cosa giusta!”. Un’inaugurazione, emozioni a parte, in grande stile…
“Be’ sì, è stata la prima inaugurazione ufficiale della ricostruzione in Abruzzo e sono state molte le personalità presenti. Il taglio del nastro è stato affidato al presidente della Camera, on.Gianfranco Fini e alla speaker della Camera Americana, Nancy Pelosi, alla presenza del ministro delle Infrastrutture e Trasporti, on. Altero Matteoli (presidente dell’associazione Ambiente e/è Vita), del direttore del Dipartimento della Protezione Civile, dott. Guido Bertolaso e di molte autorità locali, non ultimo il presidente della Regione Abruzzo, dott. Gianni Chiodi. Erano presenti anche tutti i sostenitori privati che hanno ricevuto un attestato di ringraziamento direttamente dalle mani del segretario nazionale dell’associazione “Ambiente e/è Vita”, ing. Fernando Ferrara, accompagnato dalla vicesegretario nazionale Sonia Giglietti. Questi due rappresentanti dell’associazione hanno seguito tutte le fasi della costruzione della scuola materna…”.
C’era anche Antonello Venditti…
“Fuori dai riflettori accesi e a telecamere spente, verrebbe da dire… perché è arrivato quando tutte le autorità se ne erano andate per sua precisa scelta. Venditti era presente, ma in via del tutto casuale, per una sua visita privata all’Abruzzo, quando abbiamo presentato il progetto, l’11 giugno scorso ed è voluto tornare per vedere l’asilo completato…”.
Allora facciamo un passo indietro e torniamo agli inizi…
“Sono stato contattato proprio dall’ing. Fernando Ferrara che aveva a disposizione una donazione privata da investire in Abruzzo per una realizzazione post-terremoto. Il denaro permetteva di costruire una scuola materna di appena 100 mq ed è stato per questo motivo che mi è venuto in mente di coinvolgere altre aziende. L’asilo che abbiamo inaugurato è di 220 mq e ha avuto un costo complessivo di 350 mila euro, grazie anche alla collaborazione di aziende che ho personalmente coinvolto: dalla Energy Resources per l’impianto di ricambio dell’aria, all’Agostini Group per tutti gli infissi, alla Tecnosugheri-Amorin che ha fornito il sughero isolante per la coibentazione, fino alla Eraclit che si è occupata del cemento e del legno per il cappotto esterno…”.
Chi ha preso le decisioni ed effettuato le scelte operative?
“L’associazione Ambiente e/è Vita ha seguito ogni fase, a cominciare da quella progettuale. Anche la forma, per così dire di taglio classico, che si adatta perfettamente con il panorama nel quale veniva inserito l’asilo, sotto una montagna, con dietro le piccole case prefabbricate che vanno a sostituire il piccolo borgo distrutto e ridotto a macerie e situato più in alto. Il Comune è piccolo, ma la scuola materna accoglierà anche i bambini dei Comuni limitrofi. Anzi ha accolto, perché ormai le lezioni sono cominciate!”.
Un asilo… operativo!
“Già… abbiamo perfettamente rispettato i tempi.
I lavori sono cominciati il 13 luglio e abbiamo inaugurato la scuola materna il 14 settembre: due mesi esatti. E con tutte le caratteristiche della bioedilizia, quindi un asilo di elevate prestazioni termiche (Classe “A” di Efficienza Energetica degli Edifici) e acustiche, oltre ad esser stato costruito con il sistema Platform Frame, uno dei migliori sistemi costruttivi attualmente esistenti per la resistenza al sisma… Insomma una scuola materna in perfetto stile Subissati!”.
Start again from the children, with a nursery school
To recommence from the children, they represent our future and they are the greater hope in a land so hardly tried like the Abruzzi. This is the leit motiv of the last 14th September, inaugural day of the nursery school of Villa Sant'Angelo (AQ), realized, for will of the association “Ambiente e/è vita Onlus”, by the Marches company called Subissati of Ostra Vetere (AN), thanks to the collaboration of other enterprises and of the Municipality of Parma. “Where from I can begin to tell this inauguration? – Paul Subissati said – I could begin from those glittering that I have seen in the children’s at the moment in which they are entering into their nursery school … I believe that has been an exciting moment and the greater satisfaction”. An inauguration in great style… “Well, it has been the first official inauguration of the reconstruction in Abruzzi, there were a lots of celebrities. The cut of the tape has been entrusted to the president of the Chamber, on. Gianfranco Fini and by the delegate of the American Chamber, Nancy Pelosi, and the minister of Infrastructures and Transports, on. Altero Matteoli (president of the Association Ambiente e/è Vita), the director of the Department of the Civil Protection, Dr. Guido Bertolaso and a lots of local authorities, also the president of the Abruzzi Region, Dr. Gianni Chiodi. There were all the private supporters that have received a certificate of thanks directly from the national secretary of the Association Ambiente “e/è vita”, Ing Fernando Ferrara, accompanied from the national deputy-secretary Sonia Giglietti”. Let’s take a back step and return to the beginning… “I have been contacted from Ing. Ferrara who had on hand a private donation to invest in Abruzzi for a realization post-earthquake. The money allowed to construct to a nursery school of 100 mq and for this reason I have though to involved other companies. The nursery school that we have inaugurated is of 220 mq with a total cost of 350 thousand euros, thanks also to the collaboration of companies like the Energy Resources for the system of recicle of the air, the Agostini Group for all the fixtures, the Tecnosugheri-Amorin that has supplied the cork insulator for the caulking and the Eraclit that has been taken care of the cement and the wood for the external coat”. Who has taken the decisions and carried out the operating choices? “The association Ambiente e/è Life has followed each phase, to begin from the planning. Also for the form, of cut classic, than is adapted perfectly with the setting in which was placed the nursery school, under a mountain, with behind the small prefabricated building that replace the small village destroyed and reduced to ruins and placed to the top”.
